Claude consulting for small business

Get Claude working for your business. Get your time back.

I’m Demetrious Reed. I help small business owners, nonprofits and solo entrepreneurs set up Claude, build their own tools and automate the busywork. In one two-hour session I learn how you work. Then I write the instructions your Claude needs to do it your way.

Who I help

Business owners who pay for Claude and still get generic answers.

If you run a business, a nonprofit or a practice, and you know Claude could be doing more for you, this is for you. You don’t need to be technical.

  • Your data stays yours

There are a hundred ways to build almost anything. We pick the best one for the tools you already have.

The problem

Claude knows everything. It just doesn’t know you.

Claude is smart, but it knows nothing about your business. Every new chat starts from zero, so you get an answer that fits every business and none in particular.

Give it context (who you are, how you talk, your numbers, your best work) and watch what happens. Try it below.

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to follow up on the quote I previously sent. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to move forward.

How specific to you0%

Claude knows a little about everything. It knows nothing about you.

Claude knew everything the whole time. It didn’t know you. And you can only tell it what you know to tell it, which is why most people can’t get an app, a system or a good answer out of it. That’s the gap the session closes.

Your Claude does the work

Drop the folder into Claude. It reads it and works the way you would.

I record every call, and I handle anything sensitive with care. The recording is what your folder is built from.

What you get

What’s in your folder.

After the session you get one folder your Claude reads, plus a guide for you. Everything is a plain file you own.

Think of it as a welcome packet for a new employee. It’s what lets Claude work like someone who has been on your team for years.

The brief

Who you are and how your business works. Claude reads it before every job.

The build plan

What to build and in what order, step by step.

Skills

Step-by-step instructions for the jobs you repeat, like an SOP.

Plugins

Your skills bundled so they install in one click.

The playbook

A PDF written for you: what we decided and how to use your folder.

The recording

The call and the transcript, so nothing we said gets lost.

Real work

Work I’ve done with Claude.

I didn’t just read about this. I build with it for clients and I run my own business on it.

Nonprofit

A membership nonprofit’s data, finally readable

Thousands of members across all 50 states, and four years of data scattered across a CRM, social media, ads and the website. I pulled it into one dashboard and taught Claude what the data means. Now the staff gets answers on demand and predictions on where to focus.

Skills that fix communication and scoping

A marketing agency kept running into communication and scoping problems. I built Claude skills that fix them, now live for anyone to use.

My own business

I run on this every day

My own operation runs on a system I built with Claude: 172 tools, 109 connections, and bots that work nights and weekends. It’s the same approach I teach. I’ve shipped iPhone, Mac, Watch, TV, Android and web apps this way.

Before you book

Is this right for you?

This is for you if

  • You run a small business, a practice, a nonprofit or a one-person shop
  • You pay for Claude and it still gives you generic answers
  • You’re tired of renting software that doesn’t quite fit
  • You have a tool, an app or a system in your head and no idea where to start
  • You want to learn it once and not need me again

What you need

  • A paid Claude plan (Pro or Max)
  • A computer and a decent internet connection
  • Two hours, and any documents or links that show how you work
  • A willingness to be recorded. I record every call.

We live in a world where nobody has to remember things anymore. The recording is the raw material for your folder, and anything sensitive is handled with care.

Pricing

Founding clients get the first five spots at $250.

Every session is about two hours, recorded, and comes with its own folder. The work is built in: for every hour we talk, there’s an hour of work after. No retainer, no subscription, no course. I take three sessions a week.

One session
$350
Standard rate

Two hours, recorded, plus the folder and the written playbook. One clear thing: set up Cowork properly, build your first skills, or scope an app.

Three sessions

$317 per session · saves $100

For something bigger, like an app or a full system. A session to map it, one to build the plan, one to fix what broke. Each comes with its own folder.

Follow-up call
$100
30 minutes · past clients

Already worked together? Come back for a quick check-in, a stuck spot, or a new skill. No new folder, just answers.

Two sessions for $650, four for $1,200. Nonprofits pay $250 per session after the founding spots are gone. Bring your team at no extra cost.

The guarantee

If something’s broken, I fix it. Free.

If the folder doesn’t get your Claude working, or there’s a major issue, I’ll do a 30-minute fix-it call at no charge.

Need it built for you?

That’s The Giant Maker.

I don’t build in these sessions, on purpose. If something needs a crew, my company quotes it as a project, and every session you’ve paid for counts toward it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

$350 for a two-hour call?

It's not just the call. For every hour we talk, there's an hour of work after: I turn the conversation into the folder your Claude reads, plus a written playbook. So the price covers about four hours of my time, and what you walk away with is the folder, the playbook, the recording and the transcript. If it replaces one $100-a-month tool, it pays for itself in a few months. Founding clients (the first five) pay $250.

Can't I just ask Claude for free?

You can, and you'll get the answer it gives everyone. Claude knows how to build anything. It doesn't know your business, your customers, or what 'done' looks like to you. That's the part I write down. After the session, your Claude stops giving you the generic answer because it finally has the context to give you yours.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Yes. Most of my clients use Claude's desktop app and Cowork, not a terminal. You never write code. You drop a folder into Claude and talk to it the way you'd talk to a sharp new hire. If you want an app built, Claude Code does the typing. The playbook walks you through it in plain English.

What is a skill? What is a plugin?

A skill is one instruction card Claude follows on command: 'write my newsletter the way I write it,' or 'turn my call notes into tasks.' A plugin is a binder of those cards that installs in one click. The brief is the first-day packet. The build plan is the job description. Together they're the onboarding your AI never got.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?

Yes. You need Claude Pro or Max before we start. Everything in the folder is written for Claude's desktop app, Cowork and Claude Code, and those need a paid plan.

Can you build mobile apps? Websites? What's the tech stack?

I've built iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Android and web apps, plus full SaaS products. But the session isn't about my stack. There are a hundred ways to do almost anything, and we find the best one for the tools you already have. If it needs a crew to build, that's a separate quote from my company, The Giant Maker.

You record everything?

Every Zoom and phone call, yes. We live in a world where nobody has to remember things anymore, and the recording is the raw material for your folder. You agree to it when you book. Anything sensitive is handled with care and never published.

What if something's wrong with the folder?

I'll do a free 30-minute fix-it call. If your Claude isn't working from it, or there's a major issue, we fix it.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, if you'd like one. It isn't required, but if your idea is sensitive, ask before the session and I'll sign an NDA.

How do I pay, and can you invoice my company?

After you book, I send an invoice. You can pay by card or ACH, and you get a receipt automatically when you pay. I can invoice a company or a nonprofit instead of a person, and I'll provide a W-9 when it's needed.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. Bring a teammate, a group, or whoever you need. The price is the same no matter how many people are on the call.

Do nonprofits get a discount?

Yes. Right now everyone pays the $250 founding rate. Once the founding spots are gone and the standard price is $350, nonprofits keep paying $250 per session.

Is it always on Zoom? What are your hours?

Sessions are on Zoom and recorded. If you really need a phone call, that's fine, and I'll record it too. The calendar shows my open weekday times in your time zone, and I'm flexible: some evenings and weekends are possible, so just message me.

What if I lose my folder?

I keep a copy of every delivered folder for a year, so if you lose yours I'll resend it. It's still smart to keep your own backup.

What if I reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is always free. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and you get a full refund. If something comes up later than that, we'll work it out. After your folder is delivered, fees aren't refundable, but you have the free 30-minute fix-it call if something's wrong.

I work in healthcare, law or accounting. Can I still do this?

Yes, for the business side: templates, communications, summaries and checklists. On the recorded call, use made-up examples and don't share protected or confidential client information.

Is this a sales pitch for your agency?

No, and the structure makes sure of it. I don't build anything in these sessions. The goal is that you never need me again. If something genuinely needs a crew, that's a separate quote from my company, The Giant Maker, and every call you've already paid for counts toward it. I have no reason to oversell you.

Will it be specific to me, or a template?

It's written from your transcript. Your words, your examples, your customers, your standards. A template would be worth about what a template costs.

What about my data?

The folder lives on your machine, in your Claude account. I don't host anything and I don't keep access. Guardrails are part of the kit: what Claude may touch, what it must ask about first, and what it never does.

Do I need Claude Code, or is Cowork enough?

For systems, workflows, and documents, Cowork is enough. For an actual app, iPhone, Mac, web, or anything else, Claude Code does the building. I'll tell you which you need on the call and the kit is written for it.

Do you work with ChatGPT or other tools?

Not right now. I'm a Claude specialist on purpose. The whole desktop app, Cowork, Claude Code, skills, plugins. Depth beats breadth here.

What if I need more than one session?

Buy them together and each call costs less. Two, three, or four sessions, each with its own folder. Most apps take three. Most systems take one or two.
