Skills that fix an agency’s communication and scoping.
A marketing agency kept running into two problems: communication and scoping. I built Claude skills for each, and released the general versions free.

Agency work moves through a lot of people.
Communication. Feedback arrives long and vague. Threads pile up. Someone has to read it all and work out what actually matters.
Scoping. A project gets scoped and agreed, then handed to the people doing the work, who each need to know exactly what is theirs and where it overlaps with everyone else.
Two suites, one for each problem.
For communication
Forces vague feedback to become clear before it leaves you, reads a pile of material so you get a one-screen brief, and rebuilds a messy situation into a log of truth and a plan.
For scoping
Turns a scoped project into a map of workstreams, then sequenced chunks, then executable steps, then a standalone packet for each person, with clear contracts where their work overlaps.
From the client saying yes to the person doing the work.
They’re free. Take them.
The general versions of both suites are free and open on GitHub. Every skill is plain markdown, so you can read exactly what it does before you install it.
I write ones that sound like you.
The first five clients pay $250 for a two-hour session and a folder built from it.
