Terms of service

The short version. You book a two-hour session. I record it and write you a folder your Claude works from, plus a playbook. You pay by invoice. If the folder doesn't work, I fix it for free. I don't build or run anything for you in these sessions.

What you get

A session of about two hours, recorded, followed by a custom folder for your Claude (brief, build plan, skills, plugins as needed), a written playbook, and the recording and transcript. The work after the call is built into the price: for every hour we talk, there is about an hour of work after. I aim to deliver your folder within five business days.

What this isn't

I don't implement, host, run or maintain anything for you in these sessions, on purpose. If something needs to be built for you, that is a separate project quoted by my company, The Giant Maker, under its own agreement. Sessions you've paid for count toward that project.

Pricing and payment

The standard price is $350 per session. Founding clients, the first five, pay $250 per session in exchange for a short testimonial and your permission to write up what we built, with no names or identifying details unless you agree. Packs and follow-up calls are priced as shown on the site. After you book, I send an invoice. It's due when you receive it, before your session. You can pay by card or ACH, and you'll get a receipt automatically when you pay. I can invoice a company or a nonprofit instead of a person, and I'll provide a W-9 when it's needed. Nonprofits pay $250 per session once the standard price is $350. You're welcome to bring teammates to your session at no extra cost.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Rescheduling is always free. Just let me know and we'll find another time. If you need to cancel, tell me at least 24 hours before the session and I'll refund anything you've paid. If you cancel later than that or miss the session, we'll work it out, and usually that means rescheduling.

The guarantee

If the folder doesn't get your Claude working, or there's a major issue with it, I'll do a 30-minute fix-it call at no charge. Ask within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is a free fix, not a refund. Once your folder is delivered, fees aren't refundable.

Confidentiality

An NDA isn't required, but if your idea is sensitive and you'd like one, I'm happy to sign one. Just ask before the session.

What you need

A paid Claude plan (Pro or Max) and a computer. You're responsible for your own accounts, your data and your decisions. Please don't share passwords or payment details with me.

Recording

By booking, you agree to the session being recorded and to the way I handle recordings in the Privacy Policy.

AI isn't perfect

Claude and other AI tools can make mistakes. Check important work before you rely on it. Nothing I provide is legal, financial, medical or tax advice, and I can't promise a particular business result. Your results depend on how you use what you're given.

Who owns what

You own your materials and the folder I make for you. I keep the right to reuse my general methods, templates and ideas, and to use anything I publish for free, such as the open-source skills on GitHub, under their own licenses.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for anything related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I'm not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
