Privacy policy

The short version. I collect what I need to book you and do the work, I record our sessions, I don't sell your information, and I don't track you around the web. If you want something deleted, email me.

Who I am

I'm Demetrious Reed. This site, demetrious.co, is where I offer Claude consulting. You can reach me at d@demetrious.co.

What I collect

When you book a session: your name, email, phone number (optional), the time you chose, and your answers to the questions on the booking form (what you're trying to build, which Claude plan you have, your tools, your biggest headache, and an optional link).

When you message me: anything you type into the contact form or the site assistant if you choose to leave a message.

During our session: I record every Zoom and phone call, so I also have the recording, the transcript, any screenshots or documents shown on screen, and any files you send me.

On the website: I use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across sites. It records things like page views, country, device type and where you came from, without identifying you. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to me.

Why I record

Recording is how I turn a conversation into your folder. Claude can read the transcript, look at the video and see the screenshots, so nothing you tell me gets lost. You agree to the recording when you book. If you'd rather something not be recorded, tell me and I'll pause it.

Sensitive information

Please don't share passwords, payment card or bank account numbers, or other people's private information on a call. If something sensitive comes up, tell me and I'll leave it out of the recording and your folder. Anything sensitive that does reach me is handled with care and never published.

How AI is involved

I use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to turn recordings and documents into your folder and playbook. That means the material from your session is processed by those tools. The site's assistant is also an AI. Don't type anything into it you wouldn't want an AI service to process. The assistant's chat isn't stored unless you choose to leave a message.

Who else sees it

I don't sell your information and I don't use it for advertising. It's shared only with the services I use to run the business: GoHighLevel (scheduling, invoices and my client records), Zoom or a similar tool (the calls), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and the AI tools described above. Each handles data under its own terms.

Case studies and testimonials

I only publish stories about client work with the client's permission, and I leave out names and details that would identify you unless you say otherwise.

How long I keep it

Recordings and transcripts are kept while I'm building your folder and for 12 months afterward in case you need a fix-it call, then deleted. I also keep a copy of your delivered folder for 12 months in case you lose yours and need it resent. Booking records and invoices are kept as long as I need them for business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your recordings or personal information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email me to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and my services are for adults running businesses and organizations, not for children.

If I change this page, I'll update the date below. Last updated October 1, 2026.
