It's not how you'll build it. It's who's building it.
Stop trying to learn the how. Figure out who you're handing it to.
For years the question was "how do I do this?" How do I build the site, how do I run the ads, how do I set up the system. You'd go learn it, or you'd figure out who to hire.
The question changed. It's no longer how. It's who.
Who's going to build it? Because the answer, now, is probably your AI.
You still hire
That doesn't mean you stop managing. You're still hiring. You still have to match the right person to the right job, give them the right tools, and tell them exactly what you want. You just aren't hiring a developer who costs six figures and takes a month. You're hiring an AI that works at three in the morning.
And the same rule applies as with any hire. Vague instructions get vague work. If you tell a new person "handle our marketing," you get a mess. If you tell them what you sell, who buys it, what it should sound like, and what done looks like, you get something good.
Where I fit
That's the part people struggle with. They have the AI. They don't know what to tell it.
So I sit with them and get it out of their head. What are you actually trying to do? What does done look like? What have you tried? Then I turn it into the instructions, the skills, and the context their AI needs.
I'm not building it for them. I'm making sure the thing that builds it knows exactly what it's building.
Stop asking how. Ask who, and then brief them like you mean it.
Your Claude knows how. It doesn’t know you.
One two-hour session, and the folder your AI reads once and gets to work from. $250 for the first five founding clients, $350 after.
