How I train your AI so you don't need me

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach him to fish, he eats for a lifetime. Here's what that looks like with AI.

By Demetrious Reed · September 15, 2026

You know the saying. Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.

I do that with AI. I don't build your thing and walk away. I train your AI, and then you're set.

What I hand you

I make the ultimate packet. Depending on what you need, it might be a set of skills. It might be a plugin, which is just a group of skills. It'll have research in it. Blueprints. Certain mechanics and logic. A folder with a ton of different stuff in it, mostly markdown documents, which are just plain text files your AI reads really well.

And in that folder is a README. That's the key.

What you do with it

You point your Claude at the folder and tell it to find the README and read it. That's all. It explains everything. And then Claude starts teaching you, and asking you questions.

It interviews you. You can even tell it to do twenty questions. It's going to keep asking until it has what it needs to build the thing. So you're learning with Claude as you go, and you end up building something you never thought you could, and it comes out to your liking, because it's built from your answers.

That's how I help people. It's also how you can help people. It's a great way to share a breakthrough with a colleague or a friend. Make a folder, put a README in it, hand it over.

Where I get the information

Zoom. I record every call. People don't realize Claude is multimodal. It can read the transcript. It can look at the video. It can pull screenshots. Any resources anybody sent, anything we showed on screen, Claude has access to all of it.

So I'm not typing up notes from memory. The whole conversation becomes the raw material, and I turn it into the packet your AI reads.

Then I leave. You don't need me for the next one. That's the point.

The offer

Your Claude knows how. It doesn’t know you.

One two-hour session, and the folder your AI reads once and gets to work from. $250 for the first five founding clients, $350 after.
